Aim for lower page abandonment. Even as you continue to slough off a second in loading your website, you shouldn’t just settle for what you’re currently achieving. According to Kissmetrics, “A 1-second delay in page response can result in a 7% reduction in conversions.” Aim for “less than a second” loading time to avoid page abandonment.
